Time: 20 mins Activity: First the students will list down the objects in their house and will count the number. (Like: bed-3, chair- 8, window-10 etc..). They will write the number in their copy. Write the expression 10+36+7 a different way to make it easier to simplify. Does 1 have both a predecessor and a successor? If no then how can it be possible. Draw a number line and explain. Make the largest sum by using the whole numbers 1 to 9. Not using more than one time each. |
